Degree in Communicational Sciences from the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the NOVA University in Lisbon;
Advanced Clinical Nutrition Course, by the European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), Maastricht, Netherlands;
Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Coimbra, with the subject – “Lactose Intolerance and it’s Relationship with Nutritional Status”.


Professional Activity:

Internship at the Portuguese Naval Hospital, at the Santa Maria Hospital and at the Portuguese Oncology Institute (IPO), giving nutritional consultations to patients in ambulatory and clinical internment;
Co-founder of the on-line platform – www.nutricionistas-online.com;
Nutrition Consulting for companies – NutriWorks – at the companies “Spoonful” and “Artisani”;
Patient follow-up in private clinics, on the areas of paediatrics, plastic/aesthetic surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology;
Collaborator of the magazine “Vida Saudável” (2010-2012).
